Fehu Fehu Pty Ltd commenced operations in April 2004, trading under Fehu Fehu Commercial Recoveries. In October 2010, the company acquired Noble Commercial Specialists, a successful Mercantile Agency which had been in operation since 1989. The merging of these two companies positions the ‘new’ Noble Commercial as an industry leader with a strong portfolio, extensive data base and high service standard.

Noble Commercial Specialists demonstrates a commitment to the provision of exceptional services in the field of commercial recoveries. We service both national and local clients. All field staff are Licenced Commercial Agents and are compliant with the Uniform Consumer Credit Code (UCCC) and abide by the Guidelines for Debt Collection which is monitored by ASIC and the ACCC.

We are a team of Mercantile Agents who are all licenced to carry out specific duties within the Credit Industry. We offer an extensive network throughout Australia and strive to provide exceptional service in all work instructed to us. 

Telephone contact alone is often not enough to ensure payments of arrears. We specialise in personal contact with your debtors and believe that this is the most effective way to ensure recovery of your assets. The team at Noble Commercial will speak directly to your customers, in person, and we act as a point of contact between your organisation and your customer.  We are delivering a service that is achieving a 95% success rate (for cash collection or repossession of goods) once contact with your client has been made.

All work is logged in our system within 8hrs of receipt and allocated to the relevant agent for immediate actioning.  Urgent service work can often be carried out the on the same day that documentation is received pending agreement to costs relative to time frames.  We can collect documentation from your office if required.
